How long does it take to fulfill an order?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

When will I receive my order?

After placing an order, it typically takes 3–7 days for fulfillment. After that, the shipping time depends on your location:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Where is my order coming from?

Our products are globally-minded! We partner with a premier on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities all over the world.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Generally, no. However, customs policies vary widely between countries. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential duties or taxes.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Before reaching out:

  • Review the shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
  • Check with your local post office.
  • Visit or call your neighbors in case the package was left with them.

If everything seems in order and the package is still missing, please contact us at with your order number. If there was an address error, we can resend the order, though you'll cover the shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we utilize a print-on-demand model. Every item is specially made for you, which means less waste. This unique process, however, means we can't accept returns or exchanges. But, if there's a defect or error on our part, please get in touch!

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are provided to customers who receive damaged or incorrect items. If you encounter such an issue, please email us at with relevant photos.

Can I exchange an item?

At present, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Unsure about the size? Consult our detailed sizing charts in each product description for guidance. In the unlikely event that you receive a mislabeled item, notify us within a week at, attaching photos of the item, and we'll address it promptly.
