What is your return policy?
Due to our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we utilize a print-on-demand model. Every item is specially made for you, which means less waste. This unique process, however, means we can't accept returns or exchanges. But, if there's a defect or error on our part, please get in touch!
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are provided to customers who receive damaged or incorrect items. If you encounter such an issue, please email us at team@supportqueerstudents.com with relevant photos.
Can I exchange an item?
At present, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Unsure about the size? Consult our detailed sizing charts in each product description for guidance. In the unlikely event that you receive a mislabeled item, notify us within a week at team@supportqueerstudents.com, attaching photos of the item, and we'll address it promptly
