My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
Before reaching out:
- Review the shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
- Check with your local post office.
- Visit or call your neighbors in case the package was left with them.
If everything seems in order and the package is still missing, please contact us at team@supportqueerstudents.com with your order number. If there was an address error, we can resend the order, though you'll cover the shipping cost.
